When the present Government is the only one in free india that has lead to a public uprising against?

All that untapped talent India has in it's people, it's collective brain power if the playing field was level where young people had a fair chance to be educated India would be unbeatable. Look at the scientist and engineers, etc. here but they'd get stagnant there.
