Do I need a new deck with my two 12" subs and amp?

I'm buying two type "E' subs and a nice amp from my friend. I will get the wiring kit too. I have a 2003 for expedition w/ a stock deck and system (6 disc cd changer and stock speakers). Do I need to get a new dec for the subs and amp?
