I have a friend. He drinks constantly and has started throwing up blood. he wont see a dr. how to help him?

You should explain to him you only care about his well being, and then if he doesnt agree even then do some research about similar cases to see how serious it is. If it turns out to be a life or death situation you need to explain to him once again, but if he persists then whats done is done.
