Can i take college cles while in high school or finnish high school and start college early?

I have seen it done many years ago, but have not seen it happen in the past 10 years. Back when kids were doing it, it had to do with scholarships and grants that were going to expire in the next school year...so the colleges allowed high school kids to enroll in college cles.
