It is possible to not be wealthy and essentially raise a child to act like Paris Hilton, just as it is possible to be wealthy and raise a kind, well rounded person. You love them, you teach them respect and self worth, give them confidence in themselves, rules, limits and discipline. You teach them to be kind, considerate, hardworking, responsible members of society.
