Male Stripper for Daughter's 16th Birthday?

My daughter is turning 16, and as parents we are excited to see our daughter coming of age. However, my wife and I have very different views on her birthday festivities. My wife has pretty much told our daughter that she can do anything she wants. Booze? OK. Renting out a restaurant? OK. Getting a male stripper? OK!!!??? While I know my daughter isn't a virgin and this would not be the first time that she has seen a , I don't think that her (and her friends) should be celebrating in this manner. It's not a religious thing. I just don't think that it is appropriate for my wife to be so gung-ho about ualizing our daughter at such a young age. Even if it's already happening behind closed doors, it seems wrong if we're sanctioning it as parents. I wouldn't let my sons get a stripper for their 16th birthdays. How do I get my wife to reconsider and put limits on what is/isn't appropriate?
