Is Italy a corrupt and incompetent nation?

Uncivilized Usa can't give ANY democracy lessons to Italy and about be corrupt and incopetent i would not speak from a place who loads of people have died with death penalty being innocent!!! I mean how you dare to judge? Who are you? If Amanda was in the Us she would be already in jail for life!!! Oh yes maybe only if she were italian as you are all deeply racist and if a stranger there go too fast in a car he is already in prison!!! So please little arrogant dont speak without knowing we do long trials that is true but we give all the guarantee to people who are under trial, thats why they are long...not as in the Us where police beat you only because you are not white or if you havent got the money you are already in prison for stupid reasons!
