How it happens? sofisticated hoarders and political parties?

Some 20 to 30 years ago we used to hear a single person as hoarders,Jamakhor arrested by police and then released on bail by political parties .We used to see how hoarders work before any budget .They used to hoard all essential items and get a high value on items after budget .This was the situation during control economy .After opening up economy ,India has developed tremendously but corruption in highest end to polticians and businesshouse reached in very very sofistacated manner which no ordinery person cannot understand but actually this is nothing but a legalised corruption .All these malls ,retail outlets in the name of developments are nothing but legalise hoarding house managed by some big houses businessmen (but they are giving employments to thousands ?).See how political parties and these business houses work together --All political parties asked for votes for giving promise of a healthy living to millions but just after election all essential items soars and gone in such a way that ordinery people suffered a lot and fallen to big debt trap ( Pvt money lenders come in this stage--banks fails to uplift the poor due to fear of fall out in business ).So moral is --Gov cry to take action against hoarders (but see who is hoarders here --Gov dare to take any action against this high rank business house who has got even padmashree ,Padmabhusan title from our president .C.K.Pradlad finally said some correct esment on political corruption.This is the reality now a days
