How do I publish my own booklet- printers or publishers?

Am looking to put together and sell approx a5 size paperback books / booklets with about 20 pages of quiz questions and bingo sheets etc. How should I go about this- via a printing company, publishers or any other method? The books will be for sale for my business. Thanks in advance
