On Facebook, will friends with deactivated accounts retain the same settings when they reactivate their a/c?

Say you have blocked someone from seeing tagged photos of you. When that person deactivates their account, you can no longer see them as being blocked from your tagged photos in your privacy settings. If they were to reactivate their account, would this setting automatically get reinstated?
