Could i still be pregnant even with a neg test result? my period is 2 days late i have nausea?

I did a home test and it was negative my periods come every 28 days without fail, i have been having nausea for the past 8 days i have had nose bleeds which i have never had. my are sore and i have been having slight cramping. i am also very tired all the time also having hot and cold sweats and lots of headaches. my last period was the 3rd oct 06 and ovulation around 15th - 20th oct my husband and i had on the 19th oct. its doing my head in i have never felt this way befor i have read that you can get a neg result for up to 10 days after your period is due. just looking for some advice and wether you guys think i am pregnant! i havent been under any stress or anything to delay my period and as i say they have been like clockwork for about 2 years now
